From 11:00

On arrival at the airport:
Geneva – as you come out of baggage collection in to the arrivals lounge turn right and make your way towards Montreux Jazz Café which is just at the end. Your driver will meet you outside here and will be holding an Expedition Capital sign. Here we will escort you to your transfer when it is ready to depart.

We will be keeping an eye out for any flight delays, but if you are aware of your flight being delayed and are able to reach out, please do just let us know – you can text or whatsapp Kayla (your Rockitfish host) on +44(0)7496 219736.

We will aim to get you on your way heading to resort as soon as possible, please avoid keeping your friends and colleagues waiting where possible.

 On arrival at the hotel:

Your Rockitfish hosts will be ready and waiting to welcome you for an arrival drink and some light nibbles, we’ll get you checked in and your ski hire equipment fitted as your colleagues continue to arrive.

Complimentary afternoon tea buffet available (daily) at the hotel. Unlikely to use on Wednesday

From 16:00

Check in available. We’ll do our best to get you in as soon as possible.

You will be able to enjoy the leisure facilities or just get acquainted with your surroundings before heading out for your evening activity.

Meet in hotel lobby ready to leave for your evening activities and dinner experience. Please be on time.

Layers are key – your activity will finish at your evening dinner venue.

With the activity in mind, you should wear warm outdoor sportswear (trousers and jacket), gloves, helmet (please bring your own/hired), good shoes for snow. Your feet will likely get wet and you don’t want to be wet and uncomfortable during dinner.
